"A Christmas Gift" is a heartwarming recitation of Love and Compassion expressed as only one could do after the loss of a Loved One. That's exactly what happened when Richard Bowden lost both of his Grandparents during Christmas many years ago. In 1985, Pinkard & Bowden released "A Christmas Gift" based on a true and actual story. This cut was released as a promo on 45' records for distribution to radio stations. Although it has never before been made available to the public for purchase, many people have heard it played during the Holiday Season. Due to an overwhelming demand of requests as to the purchase of this title, Pinkard & Bowden have decided to produce a limited number of copies available in the CD format only. This CD Single also features a Cajun Christmas Melody "Noel Bon Temps Roulee" which was on the original flip side.
